Anti-aging Drink ✨
Ingredients
2 cups Coconut Milk
1 tsp fresh Turmeric (or ground Turmeric)
Sprinkle of Black Pepper (enhances absorption of Turmeric)
1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon (or grated cinnamon stick)
1-2 tbsp date or agave syrup
(optional) grated fresh Ginger (or ground ginger)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a pot on the stove on medium heat for 5-7 min or until warm.
