Purple Detox Salad

Ingredients

  • Uncooked red cabbage very thinly sliced (about 1 lb)

  • 1/4 water

  • Fresh lime juice (about 1/3 cup)

  • Himalayan salt to taste (1 tsp)

  • 1 medium red onion thinly sliced

  • Cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse cabbage, slice into pieces and well as the onion.

  2. Layer lime juice, salt, onion and cabbage in an air tight container and add hot water (a recycled glass jar is ok)

  3. Refrigerate and let marinade for at least 12 hours.
