The Peachbody Method focuses on bodyweight and resistance. Most workouts use minimal or optional equipment, such as, fabric resistance bands or ankle weights.

Yes. No long-term commitment required. You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. No "break-up" calls or hidden fees—though we think once you start the ritual, you won't want to stop.
