During this challenge you'll be working out 7 days/week! It is broken down into 15-min core sessions, 30-min booty sessions & 60-minute yoga sessions! Sample week: Day 1 - Abs Day 2 - Booty Day 3 - Abs Day 4 - Booty Day 5 - Abs Day 6 - Booty Day 7 - Yoga You'll need: - Yoga mat - Fabric booty band - Bench or chair - Dumbbells (heavy + light) - Ankle weights (optional ) The abs portion can get done anywhere with no equipment but you do need the rest of the equipment for the booty side. If you don’t have equipment for this, join gym hours at Total Fit Studio or local gym! Workout videos will be available immediately! They have been live recorded specifically for this program & you can now join at any time.
