Peachbody began as a women’s-only training studio in Connecticut built on strength, confidence, and community. Founder Gabriela Peralta spent years coaching women through structured workouts designed to deliver lasting results.

Peachbody  is designed to help you build a strong, sculpted body while improving mobility and feeling good in everyday life.

Created for women who want results without extreme workouts, burnout, or restrictions.
